AMPHITRITI hotel is located in the Kasteli area, which, according to the archaeologist, was ancient Kydonia. It is built on the bastion of the Venetian harbour of Canea with views of the old town, the Cretan Sea, the famous lighthouse and wonderful sunsets. From the eastern side of the hotel guests can marvel at the white Mountains.

It is only 50 metres from the offering souvenirs, everyday items and Cretan products. Within 250 metres can be found the agora of Canea, the Classic antiquity museum, the Naval Museum, the Firkas Fort, important historical monuments, as well as the Cathedral, the Catholic church, the Synagogue and the Hasan mosque.

From the hotel it is only 500 metres to the KTEL bus station and 1200 metres to the beach, while the airport is 14kms away and the port of Souda 7km.
